The first time I saw or heard of OFWGKTA was a Complex.com article about their first show in NY on Dec 1, 2010. I've been listening to them ever since. I have seen their evolution from underground to well known in just months (thanks to Yonkers, performing on Jimmy Fallon,etc.).

Eminem + Royce Da 5'9" = BAD Meets ƎVIL
So appaerently Eminem and Royce Da 5'9" (a friend of Em's in Detroit) had beef. A couple of months ago, Em signed Royce along with other members of the rap group Slaughterhouse. Since them Em and Royce have became "buddies" again they restarted making songs together, which led up to BAD Meets ƎVIL. Their latest song, Fast Lane is worth a listen.

A couple of weeks ago, I took an usual visit to worldstarhiphop.com.. Randomly, I chose a video to watch by the name of Stop It B! The Felonious Munk Series. I thought that the video was going to be the occasional ignorant stuff that Worldstar sometimes post, but 'Stop It B!' was different. Felonious speaks on the problems that corrupt our society (mostly dealing with the black community. Music: Sade - The Moon And The Sky Remix Feat. Jay Z
I've been seeing posts on this song on every site and blog I visited. I ignored it for a while, but I gave in to it since I couldn't escape it. I listened to it and I thought to myself, "This is .... a great song. Shame on me for not listening to it earlier." Sade is a R&B legend and Jay-Z is a hip-hop legend. So, it was kind of impossible for the song to be horrible. Check it out below.

Mixtape: Maybach Music Group - Untouchable Empire (Unofficial)
This mixtape is a collection of some of the tracks that Maybach Music Group released. Pretty dope. One artist that sticks out to me on the Maybach Music label is Wale. I was a fan of his before the signing. His songs on the mixtape are great (minus Rick Ross and the overused Lex Luger sounding beats.) Overall, Untouchable Empire is pretty good. It's iPod worthy.
NBA: Derrick Rose WILL Be The 2011 MVP Of The Year
If you missed the Bulls-Celtics game yesterday (like I did) check out these highlights. It was nice to see two of the greatest point-guards (Rajon Rondo, Derrick Rose) as of now go head on. I'm a Boston fan, so it hurts to admit this. Derrick Rose is the better point-guard last night. He had 30 points and 8 assists. The final score came out to be Bulls - 97 Celtics - 81.
The people that don't think Derrick Rose is MVP potential, watch this video.

News: Kid Cudi's Recent Released Song Isn't His Next Single
A song titled 'Capcom' was surfaced yesterday on the internet. According to Kid Cudi's recent tumblr post, Cudder made the song for the soundtrack to the latest Street Fighter game. He made it early last year and it wasn't finished yet. Cudi also stated that he has some new songs that are coming soon. (can't wait for that)

April Fools Joke Or The Truth?: Kid Cudi Has Stopped Smoking Weed
According to Cudi's tumblr, he has stated that he has stooped smoking weed. Kid Cudi fans are used to hearing him all stoned out. But could this just be a joke, it's April Fools Day today you know. One of his post stated:
"This is not a joke. I know most of you wanna see me all drugged out and fucked up and i know misery loves company, but im sorry those days are over. I had a good run, Amsterdam and all. Im happy being sober. Im happy being a new me. Giva fuck who thinks of me different, you didnt care about me in the first place if you cant be proud and happy for me for growing and starting a new chapter. Im not your puppet or your tap dancing drug addict here to be your miserable muse, i always made music for me to help myself find understanding. I have finally learned from the words in my songs. Well, time will tell... it would be interesting to hear what a sober Kid Cudi sounds like.
