Wiz Khalifa's Rolling Papers Drops Tomorrow
Wiz Khalifa fans, the wait is almost over. It's been a long ride for Wiz. His first mixtape 'Prince of the City: Welcome to Pistolvania' was released in 2005 and now he has his first major label album thats going to drop tomorrow. Over the years, Wiz has been giving us free music from his mixtapes like Prince of the City 2, Flight School (my personal favorite), and Kush and OJ. Let's support him on his debut album by BUYING it (iTunes, Amazon, etc.) Sure he is going to blow all the money on weed anyway, buy it's nice to support a veteran underground artist on his first album in the mainstream.

If you have not heard of Childish Gambino by now, you are really missing on a good treat. Danny Glover a.k.a Childish Gambino is an actor/comedian who stars on the NBC show, Community. He also raps on the side. What sets him aside from other actors that venture off and do other things is that he is actually good at rapping. Mixtape: The Dean's List - The Drive-In
This mixtape impressed me alot. About 10 out of 10 times you hear about some young rap group make a song or album that's only popular for a certain amount of time(I don't want to mention any names: The New Boyz, Kriss Kross, Cali Swag District, College Boys, F.L.Y. The Dean's List are different though. Their music is about young people things:partying, girls, etc., but they make it sound so good.

Big Sean - My Last feat. Chris Brown and his Blonde Hair (Music Video)
It's nice to see G.O.O.D. Music's Big Sean "finally" get his chance in the mainstream. I've been hooked on his music since his second mixtape Finally Famous Volume II: UKNOWBIGSEAN. He has potential and I hope his new album (that's set to be released soon) will be a big hit.
New Song From B.o.B ... Odd Future Diss?
For those who had heard Odd Future member Tyler, The Creator's single Yonkers, you had the his imfamous line about rapper B.o.B, Hayley Williams, and Bruno Mars. "(What you think of Hayley Williams?) F--k her, Wolf Haley robbin' 'em/I'll crash that f--kin' airplane that that f-----t n-gga B.o.B is in/And stab Bruno Mars in his goddamn esophagus/And won't stop until the cops come in." Personally, I thought there was nothing wrong with the line. OF and B.o.B are some of my favorite artist. Hopefully they won't start a useless beef with each other.

Frank Ocean - Nostalgia,Ultra
I know Chris Brown's latest album was released today, but that doesn't change my mind about this L.A. R&B singer Frank Ocean. He's a member of the new L.A. phenomenon Odd Future. His singing skills and age (he's 23) might seem to distant him from his colleagues, but his originality and lyrics keep him in the stir. The songs that stuck out to me were Novacane, We All Try, There Will Be Tears and so on. The whole album is awesome. Frank Ocean is the only R&B singer that's on my iPod and thats saying something. Hoping to hear more from him in the future.
